This trip had been in the works for months, but when Melissa and Joel announced their engagement in December, I just had to talk them into a Savannah engagement session. I’m so glad they obliged! Capturing their love for each other was an honor. We had the most stunning day in a setting straight out of a fairytale. I’m jealous of all the photographers that live there!

There aren’t many things I love more than exploring new places and trying new restaurants, except, maybe, when doing both of those things with the best of friends! This weekend Shawn and I travelled south for a long weekend of beautiful walks, tasty food, and good company. Savannah, Georgia is one of the most beautiful cities I have ever been to. I find something truly enchanting about the historic streets, lined with trees dripping in Spanish moss.
