When Marissa and Paul got engaged in July and announced they wanted to get married in September, we weren’t sure if we would be able to do “all the wedding things” in such a short period of time. Luckily she has a wonderful sister-in-law that does event planning! Emma, this backyard garden themed bridal shower was absolutely perfect! I’ve been to a lot of parties and showers over the years, but never have I seen one with a build your own bouquet bar. Such a cute shower idea! We set up a selection of vases and flowers, and each guest got to put together their own arrangement to take home.
It was so nice spending time with a few friends and relatives we haven’t seen in a while. And, of course, celebrating the future Mrs. Chandler! Here are my favorite highlights of the day.
Seven days! Boy, has this summer gone QUICK! These cute mugs! Emma and my brother MADE these personalized mugs for each guest, and of course, a super cute Mrs. mug for the guest of honor! #frommissytomrs
And no party is complete without a delicious treat from Nothing Bundt Cakes! We had the CUTEST shower guest, Marissa’s dog, Teddy! Beautiful arrangements, ladies!
Can’t wait for your wedding, you two!
Did you see their engagement session? If not, check that post out here!
