Hey there, photography enthusiasts and love story aficionados! Today, I’m thrilled to share with you a Rosy Mound engagement session that’s as gorgeous as the location itself – meet Tim and Mara!

Rosy Mound isn’t just any beach; it’s a hidden gem nestled along Lake Michigan’s shore, known for its serene landscapes and stunning dunes. But to reach this picturesque spot, it’s about a mile long hike along a wooded trail, up and back down a huge dune. It’s an adventure that makes you question just how in shape or not you really are, ha! Mild workout aside, the extra time was an awesome opportunity to chat and get to know each other.

For Mara and Tim, Rosy Mound holds a special significance – it’s where Tim popped the question, making it the perfect backdrop for their engagement photos. I just love when we are able to incorporate something personally meaningful into an engagement session!
